Anhydrous Sodium Saccharin is widely added in food and consumer daily chemicals as a sweetener, such as its use in toothpaste, mouthwash, etc. for improved shelf life, solubility, and stability and tastes.
Anhydrous Sodium Saccharin is white odorless or slightly aromatic white crystalline powder, soluble in water with neutral pH. Soluble in ethanol. Its sweetness is higher than that of saccharin sodium with crystallized water.
